At Deer Park Fellowship, we want you to be a doer of God’s Word and not just a hearer of the Word (Js. 1:22-25) and we believe this best happens in the context of God-centered relationships. Therefore we offer a variety of small groups to provide a place for discussion on how to apply God’s Word. Furthermore, small groups also provide a place to study various books recommended by the elders of Deer Park Fellowship. Check out the map below to find a small group to plug into or if you need a recommendation feel free to e-mail us, we would love to help you get connected.

At different seasons throughout the year we also offer classes on various topics ranging from books of the Bible to topical related classes. When these classes are in session they typically meet between 4-6 weeks on a once a week basis. These classes are usually a hybrid between lecture and discussion.
We are intentionally not an overly programmatic church. We don’t have lots of ministries that target certain age demographics. We believe that God’s people grow best in multi-generational environments. We want people to brush shoulders with people who aren’t like them or in the same stage of life as much as possible.
However, we do want to offer intentional on-roads for focused spiritual maturity. One of the ways in which we do that is through mentoring. Mentoring can be one-on-one or it can be conducted in groups. We have spiritually mature men and women in our church passionate about mentoring people in different stages of life. From middle school to retirement we would love to pair you with a mentor.
